3 days prior to automatic renewal of the plan, i emailed my cancellation request and i got a fairly quick reply stating that my plan was canceled and i would not be auto billed.
I hate to have to give one star but i have always had billing issues with Quicky - like, again, signed up for the top (lava?) monthly package. Its just that living in southern highlands, you get stuck with paying more for the same or less quality product/service Used to pay $20 for the complete wash at a different carwash and that was a lot better than this. I come here because its the nearest carwash I could find. I love that they spray the entire vehicle before putting it through the wash. I have had to move from station to station find a decent vacuum. I never did bring it up and just kept putting up with it and using a damp cloth to cleanse the soap suds. My friend who works for the company that engineers and builds these type of carwash told me to take it back and let them know, that it was because of not enough water being used. So go ahead.Previous review: I have some was issues with lots of soap residue. If he does decide to reply to this review, I must put it out there that I have a front and back dash cam that recorded everything and in no way did I break any rules. I wish the cop would have been behind us so that he could hear this rude, disrespectful and power hungry manager threaten me and my son. I was interrupted every time I tried to explain that I didnt know but I was treated like a criminal. I felt threatened and like my voice didnt matter. They told me that I was going to ask him myself because he told them that they werent allowed to say his name.I am confused, sad and shaking. He left and told one of his workers something, they waited for me to go in the wash, I asked what the managers name was, none of them could say. HIM: Theres a cop right there (going through the wash). ME: Are you serious? Many cars have done this and there is not sign or anything. HIM: Im the manager, answer my question and if you are not in compliane I am going to kick you out. ME: (woman in her 20s with a baby boy in the back seat) Excuse me? HIM: If you want to enter the wash, you have to go around the other side. He knocks on the window and very rudely and stern says: You cant go through there, do you want to get hit. I am waiting to put put the truck through again as a guy is approaching my vehicle.
I thought that that was what that entrance was for. I have seen many cars do it before and I have also done it too. I went back to the wash, through the little cul de sac area SEE PICTURES. I put the truck through the wash, went to the vacuum area, noticed there was a ton of soap residue (this has happened before, see below).
However, I just had the worst experience and a bit scary too. I have never had any issues with the staff, mainly because I never have had to deal with them. I have had a membership for several months.
